1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Zilly — AI Watermark Remover app and this website, provided by Zilly Tools. By using either, you agree to them.

2. License

A $199 purchase grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control, for personal or internal business use, with 1 year of free minor updates from purchase.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

3. Your responsibility

You must only use the app on images you own or are authorized to modify. Removing watermarks or provenance metadata may be restricted by law and by the terms of the tools that produced an image. You are responsible for complying with those terms and laws. The app cannot guarantee removal of every embedded signal — for example, SynthID.

4. No affiliation

Zilly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility.

5. Disclaimer

The app and website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilly Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.

7. Refunds

Because a free demo lets you evaluate the app before purchasing, purchases are generally final. If something is wrong, contact us and we will work to make it right.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
